Slow Flow Yoga with Debi

Flow Yoga classes are generally a mix of meditation, breath-work and energizing movements. This type of yoga is also called Vinyasa Yoga. Our Slow Flow Yoga will combine breath and dynamic movement at a slower pace than our regularly scheduled Flow and Vinyasa classes, giving you time to link your breath to each pose (asana), while learning to do each pose in a safe and supportive environment. For PJCC Center Members. Registration required in MyPJCC.
