Movement is fundamental to our experience of ourselves and our lives. This is a slow-paced class based on the principles of yoga, tai chi and ballet. Designed for older adults, Mindful Movement for Life will help you move with ease and less effort, more harmonious, efficient, and effective! *It can be adapted to a chair class.
Debi is a former professional dancer and a yoga teacher. She has been teaching yoga at PJCC for over 2 years. Beyond physical practice, Debi loves connecting with her students and invites them to relax and savor the present moment.
