Would you appreciate an extended cooldown and stretch period after your workout? Whether you have muscle pain or feel tight, this class could work for you! The start of this 30-minute class will focuses on releasing stiff joints and tight muscles through active stretching: standing flowing movements and deep breathing. In the second half of the class, static stretches and restorative stretches will be taught on the mat. Please bring your personal yoga mat, water in a non-glass bottle with a lid and a rectangle hand towel that will be used to assist the stretches, during the class.
