Learn ballet technique in a fun, and non-judgmental atmosphere under the attentive guidance of your instructor, Kori. Ballet can help you stay in shape, challenge your mind, improve your posture, core strength and balance. Whether you are completely new to ballet or you took ballet years ago, this will be an enjoyable class for you.
4 week session $100 members, $140 public. There is one make-up day offered per session.
If you have completed at least one session, drop-in classes are available. $28 M / $38 P
Session 3 A: 10:30 am – 11:25 am in Yoga Studio
Session 3 B: 11:35 am – 12:30 pm in the Group Exercise Studio.
Ballet shoes are required; they are locally available at Dance Theatre Shop, 414 S. Ellsworth Ave., San Mateo
