Whether you’re in the mood for a calming yoga session to increase your flexibility and tone, a powerful workout that strengthens your core (and more), or a dance-filled hour of inspiring fitness fun, we have a class for you!

Weekly Schedule

To access our robust, exclusive virtual-fitness offerings, Center Members should log in to MyPJCC and browse for classes under the “Virtual Content” tab. Note: your username is the email address you have on file with the PJCC.


Monday

9:30-10:25 am Total Body Conditioning with Michelle H
Combine athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance, and endurance training—all in one calorie-burning class.

10:30-11:15 am Bodyweight Sculpt & Tone with Christian (Open to the Public)
This class will not only increase your mobility and stability, but will increase your strength and muscle endurance as you use your own bodyweight and gravity to do the work. 
Important: Due to new Zoom procedures, this public Group Exercise class requires a waiting room. Students will be let into the class by the time the warm-up is over (approximately five minutes after start time); the waiting room will be closed after that. To ensure that you are able to access this class, we strongly recommend arriving five minutes prior to start time.

12:00-12:45 pm Tai Chi with Irene
The flowing and fluid jian (Tai Chi) movements are meditative and will help you build your body’s strength and sharpen your mind.

Tuesday

9:15 am Yoga with Tracey

10:00 am Total Body Conditioning with Christian
Combine athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance, and endurance training—all in one calorie-burning class.

10:30 am Zumba Gold with Sandy
Join Sandy as she starts the Zumba Gold Party. She will guide you through a journey filled with mambo, samba, bachata and salsa. Before the session ends she will help you tone your body and put a smile on your face.

12:00-12:45 pm Mat Pilates Fusion with Monique
This workout will combine Mat Pilates techniques: lengthening, tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on the core.

2:00-2:50 pm Stretch & Bodyweight Stretch & Strengthen with Christian
Improve your mobility and strength through this low and moderate intensity program.

5:00-5:45 pm DanceMix with Shar (Note: This class moves to the PJCC in July)
Amazing energy and style is coming your way when you get in the groove at DanceMix. If you like to sweat and dance, this is the class for you!

6:00-7:10 pm Yoga with Anat
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.

Wednesday

8:30-9:15 am Mat Pilates Fusion with Pam
This workout will combine Mat Pilates techniques: lengthening, tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on the core.

10:30-11:15 am Kickbox Bootcamp with Christian
Build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories with this fun, empowering and challenging workout.

12:00-12:45 pm Zumba with Kim
Join Kim as she dances to Latin and Top 40 music while putting a smile on your face and good energy through your soul.

12:00-1:10 pm Yoga with Walter
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.

5:30 – 6:40 pm pm Yoga with Walter
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.

Thursday

9:15 am Yoga with Tracey

This class will hold poses for an extended period of time, increasing one’s flexibility and helping with relaxation. Appropriate for all levels of fitness.

2:00 pm Stretch & Strengthen with Christian
Improve your mobility and strength through this low and moderate intensity program.

5:00-5:45 pm Zumba with Sandra C
Kick off the evening with a party! Sandra C brings you an energetic mix of dance moves set to Latin, Top 40, and hip hop beats.

Friday

10:15-11:00 am Chair Yoga with Ranya (Open to the Public)
Ranya guides you through a gentle practice that enhances your mindfulness as well as your flexibility.

Saturday

8:30-9:15 am Mat Pilates Fusion with Rosalie
Start your Saturday with Rosalie and her challenging, inventive approach to Pilates.

10:30-11:15 am Body Sculpting with Jia
Join Jia as she guides you through a workout using all major muscle groups. You will improve muscle definition by toning your entire body using bodyweight conditioning and strength training. The workout may be completed with bodyweight only; however, some basic equipment (such as dumbbells, resistance bands, elastic tubing, and/or therapy bands) is recommended to maximize the workout.

Sunday

9:30-10:15 am Yoga with Carol A.
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.
