8:00 am High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Circuit with Charity
During this intermediate-to-advanced-level class, Charity will guide you through a series of exercises that cover cardiovascular and muscular strength, mobility and speed, coordination and flexibility — while also encouraging you to focus on the mind-body connection.
10:00 am Bodyweight Sculpting with Christian L. (Open to the Public)
This class will not only increase your mobility and stability, but will increase your strength and muscle endurance as you use your own bodyweight and gravity to do the work.
Important: Due to Zoom procedures, this public Group Exercise class requires a waiting room. Students will be let into the class by the time the warm-up is over (approximately five minutes after start time); the waiting room will be closed after that. To ensure that you are able to access this class, we strongly recommend arriving five minutes prior to start time.

Improve your mobility and strength through this low and moderate intensity program.
9:00 am Vinyasa Yoga with Walter
This yoga class provides a practice that develops strength, balance, and flexibility.
10:00 am Total Body Conditioning with Christian
Combine athletic movements, cardiovascular drills, strength, agility, balance, and endurance training—all in one calorie-burning class.
8:30 am Mat Pilates Fusion with Pam
This workout will combine Mat Pilates techniques: lengthening, tightening and toning the whole body with an emphasis on the core.
10:15 am Chair Yoga
Carol guides you through a gentle practice that enhances your mindfulness as well as your flexibility.
10:30 am Kickbox Bootcamp with Christian
Build stamina, improve coordination, and burn calories with this fun, empowering and challenging workout.

Increase core strength and improve flexibility and posture. Mat recommended for this class.
10:30 am Body Sculpting with Jia
Join Jia as she guides you through a workout using all major muscle groups. You will improve muscle definition by toning your entire body using bodyweight conditioning and strength training. The workout may be completed with bodyweight only; however, some basic equipment (such as dumbbells, resistance bands, elastic tubing, and/or therapy bands) is recommended to maximize the workout.
